WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Joe Biden’s nominee to move the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) who withdrew from his consideration stated Monday he didn’t see a path ahead for successful approval.
Denver Worldwide Airport CEO Phil Washington stated in a press release Monday he had written to Biden on Friday to withdraw. “I now not noticed a respectful, civil, and viable path ahead to Senate affirmation.
